SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURN INFORMATION
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates are typically weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on on the individual product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Note that all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
All orders will be sent using Australia Post. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Orders are processed the next business day after placing your order. Delivery times may incur delays during holiday periods or extreme weather events.
We advise using a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- If a parcel is returned to Coco Seoul due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the return charge and the redelivery charge.
- If the customer would prefer a refund then we will credit the total amount into your account.
- Coco Seoul is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect addresses submitted during the order.
- Coco Seoul is not responsible if a parcel has been lost or stolen around your premises, especially if you’ve given authority to leave your orders and the tracking has been scanned as ‘delivered’. Coco Seoul will only be liable for lost parcels that occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Australia Post Standard International and ExpressShipping and DHL Express for our international shipping services. All rates will be shown at checkout with the currency you’ve selected.
You can get FREE STANDARDAUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING with purchases over USD $150.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- All prices shown will depend on the currency you selected on the website.
- For international order, the total amount shown does not include local taxes and import/custom duties. Coco Seoul is not liable for any customs duties and taxes or any additional costs associated with international orders.
- When choosing Australia Post for international shipping, once your package has been shipped out of Australia, it will be received by your country’s local national post office. Therefore, delayed delivery and lost package(s) is no longer Coco Seoul’s accountability.
- Note that deliveries may encounter delays due to reduced air flight availability

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a credit refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive the credit refund to your Coco Seoul account within 2 weeks of returning your package to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
